The apartments are accessable from the garden and pool area affording complete privacy. Bathrooms are stylishly fitted and each apartment has a comfortable lounge and patio area where you can relax after your day out exploring the Overberg.

The Pool Room sleeps 2 adults in a fully secure apartment with separate lounge and open openplan kitchen area. Lovely walk through onto pool area where you can relax at the lapa.
The Garden Room
The Garden Room sleeps 2 adults in a luxurious apartment with separate lounge and full bathroom. Very private with a lovely patio in the indigenous garden lends itself to relaxing leisure time.

- Non arrivals and “no shows” will be charged in full for the booked accommodation period.

- Check out-time time is 10h00.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
- 30 to 8 days prior to check-in date, 50% of reservation value will be forfeited.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in date and / or non-arrival.
- Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
