Room 3: With shower facilities.
Rooms 4 and 5 are special. These lead into our large garden. The rooms can be linked to form a comfortable, spacious family unit. As such this becomes very child friendly as the garden has more than ample space for children’s need to play around.
Room 6: Warm, friendly and spacious room with antique Oregan pine floors, which can accommodate a small family with ease. The room has a shower en-suite with all amenities.
FROM THE N1 (NORTH OR SOUTH): Take the R700 EEUFEES RD-exit (renamed KENNETH KAUNDA) into Bloemfontein.
Approaching in the N1 from the south travelling north turn RIGHT at the top of the off ramp.
Coming from the north travelling south turn LEFT at the off ramp.
Continue into Bloemfontein for approx. 6 km until you reach a traffic circle.
This intersects WILCOCKS RD.
Drive on to the first traffic lights at the following crossing.
You will have the BAYSWATER shopping complex on your right hand.
Turn LEFT into WAVERLEY RD.
Continue onto the first traffic circle.
INNES AVE. leads at the back of this circle into the right.
ADEO is approx. 450 meters along on your right hand at 13A.

Deposit Required:
Guests are personally liable for the accommodation, notwithstanding that a booking was done through an agent and are required to make full prepayment for total accommodation costs prior to or on the date of arrival, unless a booking has been made through a travel agent or tour operator.
Cancellation Policy:
AS a special proviso the following terms apply to cancellations specified within the periods mentioned in relation thereto: A 10% administration fee if any booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival; 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, OR in the event of a non-arrival.
