Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
Elegantly decorated double en-suite private rooms with private entrances, TV and private patio. All double rooms have queen extra length beds. Communal dining room, licensed bar, and indoor heated spa pool.
Rooms are mainly all en-suite with showers with the exception of some with bath and shower. Please inquire when making your reservation.
Self Catering Accommodation
As with our private rooms, our immaculate self-catering units are elegantly decorated. Away from the main house and private rooms, these are cottages featuring everything you will need for your stay. Double family bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, TV and private patio. All rooms have varying size Beds. At the main house, you will find the dining room, licensed bar, and indoor heated spa pool.
Views are spectacular as are sunsets. Private patios leading out into the beautiful garden offer an opportunity to enjoy your favourite sundowner in this peaceful haven.
All rooms at Masada Guest House are furnished with beautiful percale linen, and high-quality bath towels. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided in rooms. Colour TV and DSTV, hair dryers, heating and extra blankets (winter), fans (summer) and personal toiletries are provided as an added touch for your convenience.
Langebaan is situated 120kms north of Cape Town on the edge of the pristine Langebaan lagoon, home to abundant birdlife and sea creatures.
With more than 300 species of birds found around the lagoon of the West Coast National Park, Langebaan is a favoured destination for avid bird watchers.
The idyllic blue water and white beaches surrounding the Langebaan Lagoon is one of Langebaan’s main attractions for water sports enthusiasts. The mild climate and protected waters of the lagoon make Langebaan popular for sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, and fishing. The town offers several entertainment facilities, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops for holidaymakers.
In order to protect its culture as a fishing, holiday and retirement village, the town allows no industries.
Club Mykonos Resort hosts a number of annual events, festivals, and exhibitions including large-scale sporting events such as triathlons, the downwind dash, cycling, car gymkhanas and more.
A monthly craft market as well as art exhibitions through the year, showcase the talents of local artists. Community events include the church bazaar and the annual Langebaan Mussel Festival, which takes place on the first weekend of October.
The entire coastal town explodes into a magical floral carpet of rainbow colours from July to September as nature provides this annual phenomenon which brings thousands of visitors to the picturesque coastal town of Langebaan.

From the R27 turn left towards Langebaan at Engen Garage. Drive about 12 km and turn right at the Saldanha Bay turnoff just before the sewerage plant. Go about 1,5 km and turn right into Kenilworth road, go around the bend and keep left, it becomes Loop Street. Masada on the right-hand side – nr 18 Loop Street.

Deposit Required:
We require a 50% deposit or 100% for a 1-night accommodation rate, whichever is the greater. This confirms and secures your booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card or bank deposit
Cancellation Policy:
A “non-arrival” = no refund.
If we re-book your room, 10% handling fee charged, otherwise the following applies:
- Less than one week’s notice = NO REFUND
- 1 – 2 Week’s notice = 25% refund
- 2 – 4 Week’s notice = 50% refund
- 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10%
- No refunds for early departures, unless we can rebook the room, then a refund can be considered
