ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:
The Lodge comprises of 32 cabins around a garden setting overlooking the spectacular mountain or forest views.
With a choice of 4 gardenette cabins, 22 garden cabins,3 luxury cabins and 3 honeymoon cabins – each tastefully decorated and built entirely of wood, our unique freestanding cabins blending with the surroundings.
Our honeymoon cabins- top of the range cabin offering romance at tree level or the luxury cabin with a sunken lounge with fireplace and loft bedroom or the garden cabins that are most popular as a family unit with a loft bedroom upstairs for children and gardenette cabins these cosy cabins offer an intimate open-plan setting.
All the cabins have standard features: Private spa bath, BBQ (braai) facilities with private deck, T.V. with M-net, telephone and tea/coffee trays, as well as a mini fridge

How to get there
From Port Elizabeth [175KM]
Get on the N2 Highway in direction Humansdorp, follow the N2. Tsitsikamma Lodge is signposted on your right.
8 km before the storms river bridge. Entrance on the N2
From East London via Grahamstown [475KM]
Take the N2 Highway towards Port Elizabeth / Grahamstown. Continue on the N2 towards Port Elizabeth follow the N2.

From East London via Port Alfred [455KM]
Take the R72 direct to Port Alfred/Port Elizabeth. Pass the Fish River Sun. Pass Kleinemonde. Upon reaching Port Alfred continue straight, over the bridge.
At the traffic lights continue straight follow the N2 towards Port Elizabeth. Get on the N2 in direction Humansdorp,
follow the N2. Tsitsikamma Lodge is signposted on your right.
8 km before the Storms River Bridge. Entrance on the N2
From Plettenberg Bay [60KM]
Take the N2 towards Port Elizabeth, follow the N2. Tsitsikamma Lodge is signposted on your left.

Child Policy:
0 – 5 years old: accommodation and meals FREE of charge (per child) when sharing with adult(s). 6 – 12 years old: pay an extra person supplement fee (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and meals are charged at 50% discount. 13 – 18 years old: pay an extra person supplement (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and full price for meals. When a child 13 – 18 years old is sharing with one adult; the per person sharing rate will be applicable for both persons. Should children 13 – 18 years old require their own room, the single or per person sharing rate will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
RIVER HOTELS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
The full amount is refundable within 5 days of payment made. 50% of your payment is refundable thereafter.
25% of your payment is refundable if your booking is cancelled within 5 days prior to your stay.
