Airport Transfers
Airport transfers by road and helicopter are available at a charge. It is recommended that these be booked at time of reservation.
V&A Waterfront Transfers
V&A Waterfront transfers can be done by road or helicopter and can be book by our concierge.

Deposit Required:
Deposits and pre-payments are not required for most of the rates featured online (unless you are settling your account in cash – see under ‘Balance of Monies Outstanding’ below). However, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit or debit card. No payment is taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken on departure or in the event of cancellation otherwise than in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Cancellations must reach the hotel by 2pm, local time the day prior to arrival.
Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our cancellation terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night’s accommodation.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:
accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
make alternative arrangements with us; or
cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.
