1. Add User (as Admin)
- Login as admin, in back-end go to: Users >> Add New
- Username: Important – Must be Email Address
- Role: Listing Owner
- Send User Notification (Send the new user an email about their account): OFF / Untick

IMPORTANT >> Save password!
2. Create New OR Assign Existing Listing
Tip: Use two browser windows to be logged in as admin and user at the same time when needed.
- Login as administrator, in back-end go to: Accommodation >> All Accommodation
- Go to listing: Accommodation >> All Accommodation >> Search
If listing exists:
- Listing Claimed: Yes
- Author: Assign
If listing new:
- Assign: Title and permalink (Top)*
- Assign: Author*
- Listing Claimed: Yes
- Listing Approved: No (Not until listing completed)
- Assign: Establishment Name*
- Assign: Reservations Email Address*
3. Order as User
- Login as newly created user, in front-end go to >> https://holidaysandkids.com/checkout/accommodation-listing/
- Checkout: (Using Direct Bank Transfer)
4. Finalize Order (as Admin)
Create text file with the info:
Login Username: ***
Login Password: ***
Login URL: ***
Listing URL: ***
- Login as admin, in back-end go to: WooCommerce >> Orders
- Order status: Completed
- Add note >> Note to customer: Add info from text file above***.
5. Edit Listing Complete (as Admin)
- Login as admin, in back-end go to: Accommodation >> All Accommodation
- Google Maps: Add Coordinates, Map Category + Relevant Maps
