Children of all ages are welcome.
- All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib.
- Any additional older children or adults are charged ZAR 500 per night for extra beds.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
The Lodge comprises nine comfortable and spacious cottages, that are unique and tastefully decorated. Our studio rooms are on-suite with a comfortable double bed. We also have single bedroom units as well as family sized twin bedroom units, each with a single bathroom. Most of these units are also fitted with underfloor heating for your comfort. All of these cottages feature a kitchenette, fitted with an oven, a microwave, and a toaster. As all the rooms are self-catering we encourage the use of our guest braai areas for your entertainment and leisure. All units have a TV with limited channels and guest are encouraged to bring a DVD Player.

The property is situated next to Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve, it is a nature lovers paradise with Plettenberg Bay only 12km away for those who need a touch of civilization at hand. Plettenberg Bay has a number of world class restaurants with a variety of local and international cuisine. A selection of pristine beaches is also only a stone throw from Eventide Lodge.
Keerbooms River is 5km away with pristine beaches and world class restaurants.
The region caters for a fast array of outdoor activities for the adrenaline junkies as well as for the faint of heart. eg. fishing. bungy jump, river rafting, canoeing , puzzle and fun park for the children.

Deposit Required:
We will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
This deposit must be made into our bank account and a proof of payment must be returned to us by e-mail at [email protected].
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly take note that in the event of you cancelling your booking/reservation, we shall impose a reasonable cancellation fee as follows:
50% of the TOTAL cost of stay if you cancel 14 (fourteen) days or less of the arrival date
A cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit will be charged should cancellation be made between a month and 14 days prior to arrival date.
A small administration fee of 10% will be levied for cancellations made more than a month prior to arrival date Please note that a cancellation fee will not be charged if the reason for the cancellation is due to the hospitalization or death of any of the persons for whom the booking was made, provided that we receive acceptable written proof of the reasons for cancellation.
Please take note that any cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed or hand delivered to us. Kindly ensure that you provide us with a written confirmation of the bank details we should use to make a refund, if applicable. Any refund due to you will be made with 14 working days after receipt of the required information.
