From N1- North & South
Take the R700 KENNETH KAUNDA (was EEUFEES ROAD) exit into Bloemfontein from the N1
From Cape Town (travelling in a northerly direction), turn RIGHT at the top of the off ramp.
From Johannesburg (travelling in a southerly direction), turn LEFT at the top of the off ramp.
Continue driving down KENNETH KAUNDA (was EEUFEES ROAD) (60KM ZONE)for approximately 6kms until you reach a traffic circle.
Continue driving straight through the traffic circle (over WILCOCKS ROAD) until you reaches the first traffic lights – this is WAVERLEY ROAD. The Bays Village shopping centre will be on your right.
Turn left into WAVERLEY ROAD and continue driving down the road until you reach the 4th road on your right hand side – this is INNES AVENUE.
FRANKLIN VIEW GUESTHOUSE is approximately 250 METERS down the road on your right hand side.
The guesthouse is on top of the hill.(No:9E ) .Turn right between no 7 & no 9 (You will see a tree on the pavement with numbers) . Follow the driveway(Pavers) up the hill.
Turn left at 9B (Black gates)DO NOT TAKE THE RAMP TO THE RIGHT. IT IS A PRIVATE HOME and pass ( garage ) on the left and follow the driveway (Lights at night) up the hill to the guesthouse.
PLEASE OBEY TRAFFIC LIGHTS WHEN DRIVING UP OR DOWN HILL.30 SECONDS INTERVAL BETWEEN THE RED AND GREEN LIGHT

Deposit Required:
We require a 50% Deposit to secure your booking. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of deposit, or Credit Card details for Authorised, Manual Transaction payment. In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of ‘non arrival’. Right of Admission Reserved.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of full quote value.
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
