Ocean View House has expanded. In January 2015 we added 7 new rooms in a new building adjacent to our existing building. The Classic Sea View Rooms open out to spectacular, uninterrupted views of the ocean. The rooms are large in size, and the sleek tiling, large windows and light rooms all add to the sense of spaciousness. The rooms boast modern amenities and fittings with the best quality finish – all to make your stay just perfect.

Camps Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. In summer it attracts a large number of foreign visitors as well as South Africans.
The Atlantic Seaboard , west of Cape Town and Table Mountain, is characterised by its beaches, cliffs, promenade and hillside communities. The area includes the neighbourhoods of Green Point, Mouille Point, Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and Hout Bay. Camps Bay is home to the highest concentration of multimillionaires in Cape Town and has the highest number of high-priced mansions in South Africa.
Popular beaches in the area include Oudekraal (with its established picnic area), Lui Bay (a popular dive site), Koeël Bay (with an African open-air curio market), Bakoven, Camps Bay Beach (opposite Camps Bay’s main tourist hub, featuring multiple hotels, restaurants, and shops) and Glen Beach (Camps Bay’s best surfing beach).
1. Follow the exit sign out of thr airport.
2. Follow the signs for the N2 to the city of Cape Town
3. Stay on the N2 Highway into the city following the signs for Sea Point /
Table Mountain / Waterfront.
4. You will pass the ICCCT on your left hand side, remain on this road and continue on
the M62 through the city towards Table Mountain & Cable Car.
5. You will travel up hill, to your left you will get the turn to the Cable Car, do not turn and
continue straight towards Camps Bay.
6. You are now on Camps Bay Drive going downhill towards Camps Bay. You will see
Camps Bay beach on your right hand side.
7. Follow Camps Bay Drive till you get to the first STOP sign. Turn left into Houghton road
till you get to a T-junction.
8. At the T-junction turn left into Victoria Road, after about 200m you will see a big bus
terminus on the left hand, turn here and you will see the 4 flags and the Ocean View
House sign.

Deposit Required:
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation amount, payable within 7 days of making the reservation.
- The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Confirmation of your reservation will be issued upon receipt of your deposit.
- All bookings made, arriving within 30 days, will have a deposit of 100% deducted.

Cancellation charges:
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of total due
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total due
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of total due
- In the event of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
- Banking fees and Administrative charges of 5% will be deducted from all refunds.
